James Perse is King of all quality presentable cotton basics. Somehow these cotton pieces feel like little clouds lining your skin. I'm not sure how but every top, dress, or skirt feels like it has been personally tailored to your body. There is nothing like feeling and looking like a million bucks while wearing a cotton long sleeve top.
Warning, both of these lines can be pricey and although I'll argue it is still worth it to splurge on long lasting quality basics, the best thing is that they are carried at Nordstroms and Bloomingdales. Which means... you can find them and Nordstrom Rack and Bloomingdales Outlet! There has not been one time I have visited these outlets where I haven't been able to find some James Pierce basics and Paige boyfriend jeans.
The next best thing is basics don't go out of style so don't feel bad about buying something that may have been sold in Nordstroms or Bloomingdales a couple weeks ago. They will always remain to be the classics and are still offered on the lines website!
