Distrikt Hotel! I am beyond glad I found this boutique hotel in Pittsburgh! They have locations in Pittsburgh and New York. Myself and Kaptan were lucky enough to stay at their Pittsburgh location over the weekend while visiting some family.
I’ll be honest if it wasn’t for my bother graduating college I don’t think I would ever go to Pittsburgh but I am so glad I did! The city has so much history and character, not to mention the people are so nice. The downtown architecture is stunning and filled with innovative restaurants and bars. And with two stadiums right in downtown, it feels very exciting! The hotel was in a great location right in the middle of downtown Pittsburgh l, where we able to walk to all of the amazing restaurants around. The rooms was extremely chic and I always love a great spa bathroom. Beyond the excellent room service, the decor of the hotel took you back to the glamourous 50’s. The lobby offers complimentary bikes for a downtown ride and umbrellas for the rainy weather. Within the hotel there are two bars. One of them has a giant lounge, board games, and luxury blankets for those late nights. I started every morning at the Distrikt with a gorgeous latte in their restaurant and then headed to the gym for a quick workout! By far the best way to end our day was to head to the top floor of the hotel to enjoy the rooftop terrace views.
